would like to announce a new community service program for our residents:
Safe Home
Home Fall Prevention and Safety
Evaluation Program
The Home Safe program was established to assist our residents in evaluating the safety of their homes. The primary focus will be assisting the elderly with trip and fall prevention, medication education, and general questions/concerns. We will have a representative meet with the resident and/or family members to evaluate each individual situation. We will then make recommendations and discuss re-sources that are available to assist with each individual situation.
