Mobile Training Tower

Canton Township acquired the 40' Mobile Training Tower in 2003 enabled by an approximately $150,000.00 Assistance to Firefighters grant.  The tractor used to transport the training tower was donated to Canton Township by Marathon Ashland Petroleum.

The tower is available to all area departments to utilize for training either at our training facility or can be delivered and set up at their desired location.  A small fee is required to cover expenses only related to transporting and setting the unit up.

The training tower gives fire departments the ability to train on ladder operations, rappelling, confined space rescues, as well as hose line advancements and standpipe use.
