We will take complaints from residents per following procedure:
1) Complaint form must be filled out
2) Nature of complaint (be specific, location, time, dates, etc.)
3) Property address of nuisance.
Complaints regarding health issues, (septic, rodents, etc.) must be referred to the Stark County Health Department.
