Thank you for your interest in displaying your organization’s materials and services at the Canton Township Community Day 2026 event on Saturday, June 20th. Part of what makes Canton Township a proud family community is readily available resources, support services, and community organizations.
NOTE: Due to space limitations, table/display requests will only be considered for Canton Township-based charitable, community service, school, or government organizations or organizations that contribute/support the Canton Township community.
All organizations must be approved by the Board of Trustees to display or distribute any materials at Community Day. Once approved, you will be contacted by our Administration Office and provided an assigned event location for set up.
Please return complete the Canton Township Community Day Table/ Display Request Form no later than May 19th, 2026. If preferred, a fillable copy of the form can be emailed to you by contacting k.nash@cantontwp-oh.gov, which can then be filled out and returned to c.neisel@cantontwp-oh.gov.
There are limited spots available in the Picnic Shelter and those will be filled as requests are received. Your group/organization will need to provide your own tent(s), tables, and chairs for your booth if you are not located in the Picnic Shelter. You will be assigned an area in the park for set up. Your booth needs to be set-up in place by 2:30pm on Saturday, June 20th. One support vehicle will be permitted to remain in the overflow lot. All other vehicles must be parked in appropriate parking areas. No vehicles will be allowed to exit the event until the crowd has cleared after the fireworks.
Note: No organization is permitted to sell/give away any type of food or beverages. Food vendors will be onsite and are to be utilized for those items. Permitted items for dispersal or sale would be your organizations attire, memberships, candy, trinkets, advertising/logo items.
