2026 Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in Canton Township’s Special Events! All submissions will be reviewed and selected vendors will be notified of the event(s) they are approved to participate in.

Please note that this is only an application and does not guarantee participation. Vendors may not be accepted into all events they apply for.

• You MUST provide your own power and water unless special approval is grantedotherwise.

• You MUST use a quiet/whisper generator. If you do not have one, you will be askedto leave the event.

• We try to follow a “one-like” vendor policy, which means there may be only one othervendor selling similar products.

• Upon selection, vendors must provide payment of vendor fee and a copy of yourCertificate of Liability Insurance.

• No refunds will be issued for vendors who cancel after accepting participation in an event.

If you are not selected for an event you applied for, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list. Should a vendor spot become available, we will notify you of the opportunity.

2026 Events

Food Truck Thursdays @ Faircrest Park

1001 Faircrest St. SW Canton, OH 44706

This is our second-year hosting food truck Thursdays. These events attract families from around our community and outside to come and enjoy a good meal with many options available.

Food sales run from 5-8pm. Limit of six (5) food entrée vendors for each date. Vendor fee of $50.00 for each date approved. Vendors need to be in place and set up by 4:00pm.

Community Day 2026 @ Faircrest Park

This will be our 6th year hosting this community event. This event provides inflatables for all ages, local area organizations, live music, activities, food, and fireworks to end the evening. This event hosts over 3,000 people throughout the evening. Food sales from 3:30-10:30pm. Vendors need to be in place and set up by 2:00pm. Limit of eight (8) food entrée vendors & three (3) snack/beverage trucks. Vendor fee of $100.00.

In ileu of the vendor fee for Community Day as a food vendor you can choose to be a sponsor of our event. Sponsorship levels can be provided upon request. Different levels of sponsorship come with free advertising opportunities before, during, and after the event.
