Trustee James A. Wilcox
Jim and his deceased wife Charlotte were married in July of 1957, moved to Canton in 1958 and moved to Canton Township in 1965. They raised six children and have sixteen grandchildren.
He was born in Barnesville, Ohio and is a graduate of Barnesville High School. Jim is a veteran with 8 years of service to our country. He worked at Republic Steel and Union Metal before becoming a member of the Carpenters Local and worked as a Carpenter, until his retirement in 1998.
First elected in 1999, Jim is serving his 3rd term as a Canton Township Trustee. He enjoys working with the residents and businesses of Canton Township. Feel free to contact Jim with any questions or concerns
